Asset library

Your logo, intro, outro, music and fonts in one place, plus the names your captions should spell right.

The Asset library holds the files you reuse on your videos: images, videos, audio and fonts. Upload a file once and pick it in any brand template.

The meter at the top of the page shows how much you have used. Every file you upload there counts. Your videos and clips do not.

What you can upload

KindFile typesLargest file
ImagesPNG, JPG, WebP20 MB
VideosMP4, MOV, WebM500 MB
AudioMP3, WAV, M4A, AAC100 MB
FontsTTF, OTF5 MB

You can keep 2 fonts. A font is used for the headline on your clips.

Only upload media you have the right to use.

We open every file after it arrives. A file that is not what its name says, or that does not fit in your storage, is refused and removed.

Rename or delete a file

Open the ... menu on a file. Renaming changes the name you see. It does not change the file.

Deleting is for good. A file that a template still uses cannot be deleted: take it out of the template first. Clips you already made stay as they are.

Brand vocabulary

Add up to 30 names and terms your videos say: people, products, places. We ask the transcriber to spell them the way you write them. A name can be up to 6 words.

  • It applies to videos you make from now on. A video you already made keeps its transcript.
  • One unusual word works best. A name of two or more words is not always caught.

Censored words

Switch on Mask these words in captions and listed words are written with their first letter and stars. Use our list of curse words, your own words, or both.

This changes the captions and the headline only. The sound of the video is not changed.

Who can see your files

Your files are stored privately. The previews on the page use links that stop working after an hour. Deleting your account deletes your files.
